It was fancy and fairly clean hotel with an attached restaurant.

Nicely decorated and brand-new units with a great view, sheets torn off the bed, coffee, and highly courteous staff.

Our room was spotless, attractive, with a nice view and the shower and a king size bed. The location was brilliant, only 5 minutes walk to The District. There was a good restaurant a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Overall it was well-appointed and top-notch with the bed facing the window. The hotel had an amazing and lovely location few metres away from Frist Art Museum. You could walk to convenience stores and shops.

The staff were a bit disorganised, didn't expect that coming.

I was really unhappy with the surprise $50 valet fee, especially since there are cheaper parking options nearby. Plus, I expected at least some free breakfast—$3 for a tiny coffee? Not cool when you’re paying for a hotel stay.

Not having breakfast on site and an expensive and not good alternative in a bistro on level - 1 of the hotel where there is a bar. The room not made one night!. Not being able to get a taxi to the airport and so went to see the concierge at Le Mariotte!. The price more than 300 dollars/night

in the morning there was always a construction noise in the hotel, made sleeping accordingly uncomfortable. unfortunately also too soft beds.

The room itself was well-equipped with ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning, which were all in good working condition. we were disappointed to find that there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room, which would have been a nice addition for a quick morning pick-me-up. The sitting area in the room was comfortable, and we appreciated the terrace with garden furniture, although the view could have been better. The bathroom was stocked with free toiletries, which was a nice touch. The sink was clean and functional, but the lack of adequate lighting made it a bit challenging to use, especially in the evenings. We were pleased to find an AM/FM alarm clock and a flat-screen TV in the room for entertainment. The carpeted floor added a cozy touch to the room, but it could have been cleaner, as we noticed some stains and debris. The hotel offered dry cleaning services, which was convenient, but we would have liked to see more options for shops or commercial services within the hotel premises. the laundry facilities were not easily accessible, and we had some issues with valet parking, which was not as efficient as we had hoped.

location of the hotel is ideal for exploring the main attractions on foot. way to nissan stadium is also within walking distance.

parking costs 44 dollars for one night, seems quite expensive considering the price of the room. otherwise the doors of the bathroom are only sliding doors with the corresponding disadvantages.

The hotel's quiet ambiance provides a perfect escape from the chaos of the nightlife, which is still within reach. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. Stunning views complemented the pleasant decor. the lack of a proper closet and storage options detracted from the overall experience, as did the absence of microwaves and free bottled water. Staff interaction varied. One encountered a rude front desk associate. Be mindful of personal belongings during checkout. Lost items can complicate matters. Would serve guests better with improved policies and training.

modern hotel with well equipped rooms. good beds (not as soft mattresses as many others) and modern bathroom. own bar with live music and food. centrally located - walking distance to most hotspots such as broadway restaurants and bars and music hall.

The bluetooth mirror for tunes was a rad surprise, and the pool was fantastic! Plus, scootering around town was a blast! a fab spot to unwind after enjoying live events and vibrant nightlife.

Felt so welcome, no reason to complain!
